Commit helps adults seeking lasting relationships get introduced, chat, play optional games and arrange dates. The planned operating base is the United Arab Emirates, with an international audience. The legal operator and registered address are still to be confirmed.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to use the service where you live. Provide accurate account and profile information, represent yourself honestly and keep sign-in codes private. Do not impersonate someone, share an account or create another account to get around a restriction.
Applications are reviewed. Applying does not guarantee approval, an introduction or a date. Availability depends on supported countries and other eligible members.
Introductions take account of the information and preferences members provide. You decide whether to explore an introduction; the app does not guarantee compatibility or a relationship.
Games are optional conversation starters. You can skip them or stop playing. A game result is not a personality assessment, a safety rating or proof that someone is a suitable partner.
Agreeing to a match, chat or game is not agreement to meet, share private information or take part in anything else. Respect the other person's choice to decline or stop.
The same expectations apply to profiles, messages, games and meetings arranged through Commit.
- No harassment, threats, hate, stalking, coercion or unwanted sexual content.
- No scams, impersonation, misleading requests for money or attempts to exploit another member.
- Do not post someone else's private information or share their intimate content without consent.
- Do not spam, scrape profiles, bypass access controls or use the service for unlawful activity.
- Do not contact someone through another account to get around a block.
You can block or report another member using the app's safety controls. Reporting creates a record for safety review; it is not an emergency response service.
Only upload photos and content you own or have permission to share. You retain ownership of your content. To provide the features you choose, Commit needs permission to store, process and display it to the relevant recipients, including your connection and authorised reviewers.
Profile photos are subject to moderation. Messages and game answers may contain personal information, so share thoughtfully. Do not upload identity documents into a profile, chat or game.
Our privacy policy explains collection, visibility, storage and the privacy controls still under development. Agreeing to terms is not blanket consent to every use of personal data.
Meet only when you both want to. Agree on a public place and a time that works for both of you. A suggested venue or time is not a reservation or an endorsement of that venue.
You can cancel a scheduled date in the app and choose a reason. If your plans change, update the date promptly. You never have to attend or continue a meeting that makes you uncomfortable.
A connection, a date plan or a previous interaction does not create an obligation to continue. For an immediate threat, contact the emergency services where you are rather than relying on an in-app report.
The current development version uses simulated verification. A live identity-check provider has not yet been integrated; a test verification result is not a real identity check.
Even when live identity checks are introduced, they cannot guarantee someone's behaviour, intentions or relationship status. Relationship information is self-declared. The scope and limitations of live checks must be explained before launch.
There is no payment to apply. Membership pricing has not been announced, and live payment processing is not integrated in this version.
Any future paid service needs clear pricing, applicable taxes, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation and refund terms before purchase. This draft does not authorise a charge or enrol you in a subscription.
No refund deadline, cancellation charge or non-refundable membership policy has been established in this draft. Any paid launch must preserve the consumer rights that apply to you.
Accounts may be suspended or banned for rule violations, fraud or safety concerns. The final terms must set out the review process, how decisions are communicated and how to challenge a restriction. A member-facing appeal process is not yet available.
You can stop using the app and sign out. Signing out, blocking someone or cancelling a date does not delete stored information.
Account-deletion and data-export controls are not yet available in settings. A working request process and contact must be in place before launch. See the privacy policy for the current status; these implementation gaps do not remove your legal rights.
Features may be unavailable during maintenance or because of technical problems. Commit cannot promise that every introduction leads to a conversation, meeting or relationship.
These limits do not exclude responsibilities or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. This draft does not set a liability cap, require arbitration or select an exclusive court.
The governing law, dispute process and any country-specific terms need legal review once the operator and launch markets are confirmed. A UAE-based launch alone does not determine every international user's rights.
